Customer account

We create an account for you from your billing address when we take the details from your first order. Its simple, easy and we only have to take a few details to set up your account. You do not need to set up an online account.

No, not at all we use your name & address to reference your account.

Yes, we work to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not share your details with any other organisation.

My order

Orders can be place by phone or email. One of our staff will ask all the relevant questions to ensure your order is dealt with quickly and with ease.

No need to worry about gathering all your information for your order we will ask all the relevant question to make sure your order if fulfilled properly. However if you do want to be prepared we will need the following information. 

 Franchise area details  – The Time For You area you own for example – Time For You Chester 

Phone number – This needs to be a landline line number that your customers use contact you 

Email address – This needs to be your business email address 

Pricing – Hourly rates, deep cleans, one off cleans & any other services you offer that you want to add 

Yes. We can redesign any form to suit your needs however this will incur additional charges for studio design. One of our staff will be more than happy to help you with your design enquiry.

Yes. Just tell us what front and back designs you want and we can switch them for you at no extra charge.

Yes we design & supply many printed products including 

Leaflets / Brochures / Booklets / Presentation folders / Business cards / interior & exterior signage / Flags / Wiro bind folders and more

Delivery

Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses.

Once your order if ready to print we will send you a proof which is a digital copy of your order to check. Once you approve the proof delivery will be within 8 working days.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email telling you its on it way and an estimated delivery date. you will also receive a tracking number that you can use to track your orders progress. The day your order is delivered you will recieve a text with a time slot for your orders delivery. 

Billing & Payment

There are two ways to pay – 

Card payment over the phone

Direct bank transfer

Yes, once you have paid we will email you a detailed receipt for your accounts.

The price you see is the price you pay as all prices include VAT. We will send you a receipt detailing the VAT for accounts.
